Well, now that I've been with Pet Harbor a while, my personality has really surfaced. I'm gregarious & sweet & loved by all. Though I am totally not into the political scene, I remember hearing about some words George Bush, the father, spoke at his inauguration - kind and gentle. That so describes me: kind & gentle. Check this out. One of Pet Harbor's beloved volunteers had my DNA done. Pet Harbor only takes purebred Siberian Huskies. Well, guess what. I don't have a drop of Siberian Husky in me! My primary breed is German Shepherd Dog, but there are some other things mixed up in me, too. I think that's pretty cool. Of course, all those huskies think I belong somewhere else. LOL Like my breed, I am loyal and, therefore, protective of my people & home. They say it's in my genes, but all I know about genes is I prefer blue denim ones. I am quite playful, too, and so happy. I ADORE ADORE ADORE people. Sometimes I will bark & growl at strangers, but within a minute or two, once I know they won't eat my dog biscuits, I entice them in play. |
