| Description: | The most animated dog you ever will meet, I am the sweetest, too. My coat is a beautiful red color. I may not be the prettiest dog you ever did see, but you will never see me without a smile. Whatever I do, I do to the nth degree. I do not love a little. I love a lot. I do not have a little happiness. I have an overabundance. I am an A+ kind of gal, going for the gusto. Mediocrity is not in my vocabulary. A total love bug, I want to be near my people all the time. Pleasing them pleases me. Because I want to be near you, I worked very hard at being housebroken. I'm there! You must always expect accidents with any dog, but you won't have many from me. See, I love you. I want to do what you want me to do. Besides, I'm a lady. I don't want a dirty house. So do I get an A+ for trying to please? How about walking with me to the mailbox so I can see if my report card is there? I will give you lots of kisses if you go with me. Please? Look into my beautiful eyes. How can you resist? Though I am around 3 years of age, I act like a 6-month-old puppy. Let's play! Pet Harbor doesn't know if I had a deprived childhood, as they suspect, because they got me when my time was up at a county shelter. I came there as a stray. Whatever my story is, there are some things in my present that make my past a puzzle. Being mysterious is a good thing! I love ALL toys. I light up like a child on Christmas morning when I hear a squeaky toy. There is a dark side that probably stems from my past, though. I get very upset in response to certain stimuli. If you corner me, I will not be happy. I also have a very strong reaction to brooms. Therefore, though I think children are one of life's treasures, Pet Harbor thinks it is best for me not to live with young ones. They should be about middle school age and up. I just wish they'd figure out my puzzle and let me get on with my chosen profession: The Kiss Queen. All other dogs and cats are fine with me. They can all share our space. I was named after a hero.
