Description: ADOPTED! Let's start with the important stuff. I am the most affectionate dog Pet Harbor has right now. There are more kisses bursting forth from me than any other Siberian in the world! Yes, I will compete on that one! One other thing is important. You MUST Live near water or be willing to take me swimming. No, swimming is not a normal Siberian Husky trait. Yes, I LOVE the water. Okay. So I'm not normal. Who cares? I still love water. Let me qualify that just slightly. I love water as long as there is no shampoo involved. Overflowing with gentleness and sweetness, you could have 100 children as long as they are at least school age (I don't like the little bouncy, active toddlers who try to sit on me or pull my hair.) and 100 dogs. I'd be delighted. Everybody loves Anna. Everybody but kitties. Anna loves kitties. Kitties don't love Anna because Anna likes to eat them. And rabbits are yummy, too. I came to a shelter as a stray. I was supposed to die there twice, but the shelter employees loved me so much they couldn't do it. See, I told you I was affectionate and loving. The people who put me in the shelter found me and wanted to keep me because they loved me, too, but I ate their pet rabbit, and that upset them. I don't know why. It was a tasty change from that dog food stuff they fed me. Everywhere I go, everybody loves me. Pet me, scratch my tummy, walk me. I'm gentle on a leash. I am not housebroken, but I am working on it. Training me should be a breeze because I love people so much and am a definite people-pleaser. The only problem is you cannot crate me. I hate that. However, if you have a nice, big fenced yard, I am one of those dogs for which Pet Harbor would make an exception because I will be content to stay in the yard while you are at work. I'd rather be there than in the house. In the house, if you are gone, I will get upset and anxious because I want you to be home with me. I am a calm, extremely quiet girl as long as I am with my people or outside when they are gone. If you are are home, if you are outside, I want to be outside. If you are inside, I want to be inside. For more information on that, please see "Don't leave me!" So be patient, and I will reward you with lots and lots and lots of kisses and love. My hair is longer than some Huskies, but I am not quite a woolly. I may be a poorly bred purebred or a mix because I am so fluffy and my tail curls over my back like a fluffy fountain. Whatever I am, I am very beautiful. My name means something special. To see what it means, go to Anna. So how about it? Got water and want lots of lovin'?
