| Description: | There is one requirement to adopt me. You absolutely must have children. I'm a wagger and a prancer. My best performances are when I am around children. I will go to great lengths to play with kids. So if you don't have children, go to one of those other dogs. If you do have children, please play with me! My cute little white feet high step like a horse when I see tots. I also get along just fine with dogs and cats, too, but I love children the most. Playing, though, is equal among all of them. I'm full of play, and it needs an outlet. At one year old, I am just a pup. If you don't know what that means, try putting something soft and chewy in front of me that you'd like to keep. It means at Christmas, I may strip your sparkling, glittery tree and chew up all the ornaments. Pups are like kids. Hey, maybe that's why I like them so much. We don't come into this world knowing how to behave. We have to be taught. I ended up at a county shelter as a stray. I was adopted and returned. Pet Harbor can't understand why because I have turned into a really good dog. I am quiet. When I get excited and waggy and want to play, I will bark, but most of the time, I'm as quiet as a churchmouse. Perfect for Easter, huh? Although Pet Harbor doesn't think they can say I'm totally housebroken or crate-trained, I have been back in rescue for almost a week and have had absolutely no accidents whatsoever so far. Cute, cuddly, playful, and young. That's me! As far as my breed, my vet says I'm a Sheltie mix. Petfinder says I'm a Spitz mix. They're both experts. So Pet Harbor has decided they must both be right and figures I'm a Sheltie-Spitz mix except they keep scratching their heads trying to figure out where I got my shorter coat.
