| Description: | ADOPTED! I'm a lady of simple needs. A hairbrush is a good place to start. I have beautiful, long fur and, though I don't relish having it brushed, I will tolerate it. Frankly, I have better things to do with my time. Kissing is what I do best. You have to be as sweet as I am to adopt me, and that's pretty hard to match because I'm the Queen of Sweetness. I'm also very submissive and will roll over if you reach down to pet me. Part of that is that touch of sweet shyness. The other part is a ploy. I'm bound and determined to get tummy scratches any way I can. Some of my other simple needs include my drinking bowl. It needs to be at least bucket-sized because I like to stand in it whilst I am quenching my thirst. It may not seem very ladylike to you, but after a good, hard day of digging, there's nothing like a cool drink around my feet to relax me. When it's playtime again, my two favorite things to do are politely play tug-of-war with other dogs and chase tennis balls. Please don't expect me to bring them back. I just like the game of chase. Another simple need is biscuits or treats. I will sit politely for them! It's baffling why I'm in rescue. I was put into a county shelter and came to Pet Harbor when I was going to die. I seem to be housebroken and crate-trained. I love children and other dogs. I'm just as sweet & loving & beautiful as I can be. The only thing wrong is I don't like cats.
